Hello everyone! It’s been a couple of weeks since my last blog, but this beautiful sunny weather caught me. Yes, springtime is finally here, and I have been busy with my garden, relaxing, re-energizing, and getting inspired for new art projects. Calligraphy class has finished last week and now I’m going to attend a ten-week-course of Book, Printing, Writing, and Binding. My main project will be about a handmade book containing small watercolor pictures of decorated letters and images that resemble letter shapes. Here are a few pictures that can’t wait to be bound in my book! 🙂 I will write more as my project develops.

Ciao a tutti! Sono gia’ passate due settimane dal mio ultimo blog ma con la primavera alle porte non ho potuto resistere dentro casa a scrivere. Il tempo passato all’aperto mi e’ servito per rilassarmi un pochino, rienergizzarmi e soprattutto prendere ispirazione per nuovi progetti. Il corso di calligrafia che ho seguito in questi ultimi mesi e’ terminato e ora sono pronta per iniziarne un altro:  Il Libro, la Stampa, Scritture e Rilegature, 10 lezioni in cui creero’ un libro con immagini di lettere decorate e figure che richiamano la forma di lettere. Ho postato alcuni acquerelli che saranno parte del mio nuovo progetto. Scrivero’ di piu’ man mano che il libro prendera’ forma.
